Course Description
This is an intensive, hands-on introduction to MS Project that will give the participant the ability to use the software to enter project tasks and dependencies and to create a project schedule and budget. The particpant will also learn how to monitor the progress of the project including delays that have occurred, whether resources are completing tasks in allotted time, and if costs are within the budget
